The objective of this study is to propose risk mitigation measures with the best cost-benefit relationship in order to promote private sector investments in solar photovoltaic (PV) mini-grids with batteries in Mali. The study presents the results of a quantitative modeling analysis based on investment risks. Modeling data was obtained from structured interviews with private sector investors and developers.
