AMP to Showcase Its Digital Platform at the Global Off-Grid Solar Forum & Expo 2026
AMP will participate in the 2026 Global Off-Grid Solar Forum & Expo (GOGSFE) in Kigali, Rwanda, bringing attention to the role of digital tools and open-source technology in strengthening Africa’s minigrid sector.
A key highlight of AMP’s participation will be the showcase of the new AMP Digital Platform, developed using the open-source Prospect platform in collaboration with the Access to Energy Institute (A2EI).
The platform brings together operational minigrid data, making information more accessible from individual sites to national and regional levels. By helping stakeholders understand minigrid performance and identify operational challenges, it supports more informed, data-driven decision-making across the sector.
