The Eswatini Energy Regulatory Authority (ESERA) invites qualified and experienced project developers to submit bids for the design, part-financing, construction, operation, and maintenance of a Solar PV plus Battery Minigrid Facility at Bulimeni Community in the Shiselweni Region, under the Nkwene Constituency.
This project is part of AMP’s ongoing work in Eswatini to expand access to clean, reliable, and affordable energy. Implemented in collaboration with ESERA, it will support national efforts to strengthen local energy infrastructure, promote private sector participation, and advance the country’s renewable energy transition.

- Submit bids by email to [email protected] before the deadline.
- Files must be in non-editable PDF format and password protected.
- The technical proposal password should be shared at closing time.
- The tariff proposal must be submitted separately, with a different password shared at the financial evaluation stage.
- Email attachments should not exceed 5 MB; multiple numbered emails may be sent (e.g., “Email 1 of 2”).
