UNDP São Tomé e Príncipe is seeking an experienced International Consultant to support the Africa Minigrids Program. The team is looking for a passionate professional who can connect policy, financing, and national contexts to develop tailored de-risking strategies that unlock investment and drive sustainable electrification.
This 50-day assignment will focus on Decentralized Renewable Energy Investment (DREI) analysis of solar PV minigrids, helping shape policies and financing models to transform São Tomé and Príncipe’s energy sector.
