National Project Managers and Technical Staff
The 21 Africa Minigrids Program (AMP) National Projects are managed by experienced clean energy professionals with local and regional expertise. Also known as the Project Management Unit (PMU), our practitioners make up the core group of the AMP Community of Practice (CoP) and work closely with the Regional Project to implement best practices and troubleshoot bottlenecks to successfully manage, deploy and scale the minigrid pilot projects in their respective countries. The PMU handles the daily operations, research and analysis, and community engagement and is the primary representative of AMP.
